Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and password through our authentication provider (passwords are hashed — nobody at the Academy can read them). In your learning profile we store the name you give us, your business or role, your experience level, your learning goal, and your preferred language.

As you learn we store which lessons you have completed, prompts you save to your library, achievements you earn, and any final-project reflection you submit.

We do not collect your customers' personal data, payment card details, health information, or identity documents. Please never paste that kind of information into a lesson field, a reflection, or an AI tool. There is no community feed and no public student profile — nothing you write here is visible to other students.

You can see all of your own data. The instructor/administrator account can see student names, sign-up dates, lesson progress and submitted final-project reflections, in order to run the course. Administrators cannot see your password.

The Academy teaches you to use ChatGPT and similar tools, but it is not affiliated with them and does not send your data to them. Anything you type into an outside AI tool is governed by that tool's own privacy policy, which you should read.

You can edit your profile at any time, reset your password from the sign-in page, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting the Academy.
